Swaging Process

The swaging process involves compressing pipes of various sizes to reduce their diameter as required—for example, reducing from 34 mm to 13 mm. This is done to prepare for threading so that the part can be assembled with other components. It is considered a special process.

Plastic Injection Process

The plastic injection molding process is used to produce large and main components. The design is provided by the parent company. The machine used has a capacity of 450 tons, operates under an automated system, and is equipped with a robot for part handling.

Induction process

The induction hardening process is used to increase localized strength according to the design requirements. It is considered a special process, where parameters and production conditions must be strictly controlled to ensure consistent product quality.

Quality control process

The quality control process is considered a core pillar of the company, ensuring customer confidence in product quality. The system must be certified by a recognized institution, and all inspection equipment must be calibrated before use.
