Top Management recognizes that achieving organizational goals is the responsibility of supervisors at all levels. They must participate in goal setting, communication, follow-up, and performance improvement to support customer satisfaction and the sustainable growth of MTAT through Quality Shop Floor Management, with focus on:
- To ensure fundamental process control item are ‘‘under control ’’
- To identify abnormalities / weak point and kaizen before cause of Accident , Part defect , delay – Preventive process control
- Most of the recent Quality field actions have been caused by lack of fundamental shop floor management
MTAT Strategic & Policy deployment
through KPI (Key Performance Indicator)& KAI (Kaizen Activity Indicator)
To ensure the organization operates in line with MTAT strategy, two-way communication through Policy Deployment (Top-down & Bottom-up) is essential to drive the organization to achieve customer expectations, reflected in MTAT objectives and targets at three levels.
- 1. Operational Level : Use Control Charts to manage operations effectively and report performance through Daily Reports.
- 2. Supervisory Level : Control, monitor, analyze, and evaluate process KPIs, including trend analysis and problem solving, through Daily and Monthly Meetings
- 3. Management Level : Monitor and evaluate key process indicators with the Cross Functional Team
Share quality issued to support team in order to Quick respond Quality control ( protect defective flow out )
Ensure that the process was suitable to change and Abnormal control by visual management
Cross section the verify the operation, Ensure that both process and product was compliance with Customer
Determine the plan for follow up operator working in order to make sure that they will work follow standard
The quality problem issued reflection to Risk base
Weakness of the quality it was reflection by
– Risk & KPI Action plan ( Process approach )
FMEA & Control plan ( Product risk )
– All the corrective and preventive action was reflection to the quality document (similar product & Process and training to operator)
