MTAT Strategic & Policy deployment

through KPI (Key Performance Indicator)& KAI (Kaizen Activity Indicator)

To ensure the organization operates in line with MTAT strategy, two-way communication through Policy Deployment (Top-down & Bottom-up) is essential to drive the organization to achieve customer expectations, reflected in MTAT objectives and targets at three levels.

Share quality issued to support team in order to Quick respond Quality control ( protect defective flow out )

Ensure that the process was suitable to change and Abnormal control by visual management

Cross section the verify the operation, Ensure that both process and product was compliance with Customer

Determine the plan for follow up operator working in order to make sure that they will work follow standard

The quality problem issued reflection to Risk base

Weakness of the quality it was reflection by

– Risk & KPI Action plan ( Process approach )

FMEA & Control plan ( Product risk )
– All the corrective and preventive action was reflection to the quality document (similar product & Process and training to operator)
